ACT: Jacqui Burke fills Kate Carnell seat
Liberal JACQUI BURKE will fill the vacancy created by the departure of former ACT chief
minister KATE CARNELL in the Canberra seat of Molonglo.
Mrs CARNELL resigned as chief minister in October and vacated her seat last month.
Casual vacancies in the ACT Legislative Assembly are filled via a countback of votes
