NSW: Labor Council calls for fitness guidelines=2
Later, a spokesman for NSW Minister for Industrial Relations John Della Bosca saidthe proposal for fitness guidelines was a matter for the consideration of the WorkersCompensation and Occupational Health and Safety Council, also known as the advisory council.
"WorkCover should take the proposal to the advisory council where it will be considered,"
the spokesman said.
He also said if workers had specific claims against employers, they could take thosematters to the NSW Industrial Relations Commission.
